Repairs
Our products are characterized by rugged designs and are manufactured with high quality standards. Good manufacturing practices followed by us help keep the failure rates of products to the minimum. Mean Time between failures is designed to be very high to afford high availability of our products.
However, we do offer post warranty repair and maintenance services to tide over any breakdown of our instruments. Our services are quick, efficient and comprehensive to ensure minimum down times and are easy on the pocket too.
Maintenance
As part of our commitment to maximize the availability of our instruments and to minimize user effort, we provide post-warranty maintenance of all our instruments and systems. We stock the required spares and assemblies to free the customers from the trouble of maintaining and managing inventories and insulate them against obsolescence and the consequent non-availability of electronic items.
We offer both Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and on call maintenance services.
Our Annual Maintenance Contracts are characterized by the following :
- Scheduled bi yearly visits by our service engineer- The services includes servicing, adjustment, and repairs (spares at additional cost. One calibration service is provided annually during the period of the maintenance contract.
- Phone Support for addressing any queries or issues.
Our on call maintenance service is characterized by the following :
- Single visit by our service engineer that would cover servicing, adjustments, calibration and on site repairs.
We accept request for repairs and maintenance of third party instruments, for which we coordinate with our sister concern PI Calibration Laboratory.
Calibration Services
In air pollution monitoring, maintaining the accuracy of flow, pressure and temperature measurements in the instruments is important because inaccurate measurements can result in misleading figures of concentration of pollutants, which in turn could result in increased health risks and / or wasted man hours. The frequency of calibration of air pollution monitoring related devices is generally stipulated by pollution control authorities. In most cases, the frequency is once a year.
All our products are duly calibrated in-house before shipping. We also entertain customer’s requests for post warranty calibration of our products.
We get our reference instruments calibrated by NABL accredited laboratories including PI Calibration Laboratory and other reputed laboratories such as Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI), Palghat and IDEMI, Mumbai.
PI Calibration Laboratory is our sister concern. It is NABL-accredited and certified ISO17025:2005 compliant calibration laboratory. It is fully equipped for calibration of our products as well as third party instruments.
We can coordinate with PI Calibration Laboratory for complying with customer requirements for calibration of a large variety of instruments.
