Legacy Mid Range SPM Samplers

SPM HVAS is basically used for collecting SPM which comprises particles of AED less than 100µ. This is achieved by incorporating as the sampling inlet a Gable Roof, fabricated as per US EPA / CPCB specifications.

By replacing the Gable Roof with Size Selective Inlet, the samplers can also be used for collection of particles less than 10µ and gets transformed into a PM10 High Volume Sampler.

Legacy Mid Range SPM Samplers

We manufacture a range of models of High Volume Air sampler to suit various applications and budgets. The models are distinguished from one another in respect of the technological sophistication in flow measurement and control and also in blower model employed for generation of flow.

PEM–HVS 4, PEM–HVS 4NL, PEM–HVS 5, PEM–HVS 6 & PEM–HVS 6NL are called legacy samplers because these models have been in existence for a long time and have been widely accepted in the industry. These samplers are called mid range because of they are equipped with more sophisticated electronics than our rudimentary low cost models but are less sophisticated in the functionality than our Advanced High Tech Models PEM–HVS 7, PEM–HVS 8, PEM–HVS 8NL, PEM–HVS 9.

Size Selective Inlet for PM10 Sampling

By replacing Gable Roof with Size Selective Inlet, this instrument can be transformed into a PM10 High Volume Sampler ie for lower size particulate concentrations , sampling of particulates < 10µ

Standard Ambient Gaseous Sampling Equipment

This basic add-on with icebox cooling allows the HVS to be utilized for sampling of upto four gaseous pollutants in addition to particulates which is the primary function of the equipment.

Thermoelectric Cooled Ambient Gaseous Sampling Equipment
