Advanced High Tech SPM Models
A SPM HVAS is basically used for collecting SPM which comprises particles of AED less than 100µ. This is achieved by incorporating as the sampling inlet a Gable Roof, fabricated as per US EPA / CPCB specifications.
By replacing the Gable Roof with Size Selective Inlet, the samplers can also be used for collection of particles less than 10µ and gets transformed into a PM10 High Volume Sampler.
We manufacture a range of models of High Volume Air sampler to suit various applications and budgets. The models are distinguished from one another in respect of the technological sophistication in flow measurement and control and also in blower model employed for generation of flow.

Physical Design Highlights :
High Volume Air Sampler consists of a high-capacity blower, a filter to collect suspended particles and a means for measuring the flow rate. Suspended particles in the air are sampled at sampling rate between 1.1 to 1.6 m3/min through the side openings of the Gable roof and are collected on a 203 x 254 mm filter paper.
Salient Features :
- Microprocessor based Electronic Control Module
- Alphanumeric 32 character LCD Module
- Electronic Timer Cum Time Totalizer
- Settable Delay & Sampling Time
- Continuous Duty Blowers
- Orifice Plate at exhaust complies with USEPA.
- Gaseous sampling attachment as add on for all models.
- Can be morphed to a PM10 sampler by replacement gable roof with SSI.
Available Models : PEM–HVS 7, PEM–HVS 8, PEM–HVS 8NL, PEM–HVS 9
